1. Compliance with PIR Policies

You agree to comply with all applicable PIR policies, procedures, requirements, and guidelines, as amended from time to time, including any PIR anti-abuse policy, registration policy, or other TLD-specific requirement applicable to the relevant PIR TLD.

2. Registry Rights

You acknowledge and agree that PIR may, directly or through its service providers, take any action it deems necessary or appropriate in respect of a domain name, including suspension, lock, hold, cancellation, transfer, or refusal of registration, renewal, or transfer, where such action is required or permitted:

  1. 1. under applicable law, ICANN policies, PIR policies, or the Registration Agreement;
  2. 2. to enforce PIR’s anti-abuse policies or other registry policies;
  3. 3. in connection with any dispute resolution process or rights protection mechanism;
  4. 4. to protect the security, stability, integrity, or operation of the registry system, registry database, DNS, or relevant TLD;
  5. 5. to comply with an order, direction, request, or requirement of a court, regulator, law enforcement authority, ICANN, or other competent authority;
  6. 6. to avoid or mitigate liability; or
  7. 7. to address any actual or suspected violation of these TLD-Specific Terms or the Registration Agreement.

3. Consumer Protection and Regulated Activities

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your domain name, website, products, services, and online activities, including laws relating to privacy, data protection, consumer protection, unfair or deceptive trade practices, misleading conduct, financial services, fair lending, debt collection, and any other regulated activity conducted through or in connection with the domain name.

4. Sensitive Health or Financial Data

If you collect, process, store, or transmit sensitive health data, financial data, or other sensitive personal information through or in connection with a domain name, you must implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures consistent with applicable law and industry standards.
